Quick Guide to Account Settings

Profile Customisation: Tailor your SARScore profile to match your preferences. Update your information anytime to keep your profile reflective of your current requirements.

  • Navigating to Settings: Access your account settings directly from your dashboard. Here, you can edit your personal information, preferences, and more.

  • Updating Information: Change your profile details such as contact information, accessibility needs, and any specific interests related to accessibility.

  • Notification Preferences: Adjust your notification settings to ensure you’re receiving updates that are most relevant to you.

Subscription Management

Easily manage your subscription plan directly within your account settings. Upgrade, downgrade, or modify your plan as your needs or interests change.

 

  • Viewing Your Subscription: Check your current subscription status and details about your plan’s features.

  • Changing Your Plan: Select “Change Plan” to view other subscription options. Here, you can choose to upgrade to Premium or Corporate plans for additional features, or adjust your plan according to your budget and needs.

  • Subscription Renewal: Your subscription is set to auto-renew for uninterrupted access. If you wish to change this setting, you can do so from the subscription management page.

Account Security

Your security is our priority. Manage your security settings and password to keep your account protected.

  • Password Update: Change your password regularly for enhanced security. Visit the security settings section and select “Change Password.”

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enhance your account’s security by enabling 2FA. This adds an extra layer of protection beyond just your password.
